ProbateIQ

Every number carries its source.

A public record is useful when you can understand where it came from, what it describes, and what it leaves out.

TIER A

Official court statistics

Monthly OCA court activity records. Reporting can lag; each record is labeled by month. County-level aggregates may exclude separately reporting statutory probate courts.

TIER B

Hand-collected docket samples

Samples describe only the reviewed records. We display the sample size and source run; the date appears only when provided.

TIER C

Attorney co-op records

Published aggregates from participating attorneys, never individual matters or contributors.

Why a figure may be absent

Derived statistics appear only when the publishing agent marks them as qualifying and the sample contains at least 11 records. Figures without a source do not appear. Missing data is never treated as zero. Monthly raw filing counts are official aggregate counts; sample-size eligibility applies to published derived statistics.

ProbateIQ displays the data the operating agent publishes. It does not collect court records or calculate unpublished annual totals, percentages, or forecasts. Monthly charts plot the stored counts.

Monthly clearance rate

The official monthly probate section does not publish dispositions or pending counts, so ProbateIQ does not show a monthly clearance rate.
